Program Director and Teacher
Jo comes from Shanghai, China and speaks four languages. She has studied pre-school education for more than 7 years in China & Australia and has more than 8 years teaching experience working with children. She is the designer of several successful Bilingual learning programs for kids used in Chatswood, Sydney and Shanghai and has completed her Master of Education at the University of Sydney which compliments her Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. She also has her own column in a famous parenting Magazine in Shanghai. She is the only teacher to ever win the Best Teacher Award in her first year of teaching which shows she has an incredible natural talent for teaching.

Jo is very passionate about creating the best possible teaching program and environment for children aged 2-12 and just as importantly she wants to make the Mandarin learning experience fun so that kids will want to keep learning Mandarin and keep learning about the Chinese culture.

Teacher 

  Miao is another of our teachers and has a great affinity with children. She has an excellent level of Mandarin and a great accent. She has also earned a Bachelor of Infant Education from Mudanjiang Infant Normal School and received the Annual Best Student award twice. In addition, she is a fantasitic pianist and used to have her own children's music piano classes in China. Children just loved her.
